General Terms & Conditions

1. No Guarantee of Rewards
   Participation does not guarantee eligibility for or receipt of any rewards unless stated otherwise in the specific campaign's announcement.

2. Campaign Modification Rights
   Coin98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any campaign at any time due to technical, regulatory, or operational reasons without prior notice.

3. Final Authority & Dispute Resolution
   Coin98 has final authority to interpret campaign rules, determine eligibility, validate results, and resolve all disputes. All decisions made by Coin98 are final and binding.

4. Source of Truth
   All campaign data and reward calculations are subject to Coin98's internal systems and records as the sole source of truth.

5. Anti-Fraud & Abuse
   Any form of wash trading, self-trading, market manipulation, fraudulent behavior, or system abuse is strictly prohibited. Accounts found in violation may be disqualified without prior notice. Coin98 reserves the right to review, adjust, or revoke rewards if abnormal activity, system abuse, or data inconsistencies are detected.

6. Reward Calculation
   Reward values will be calculated based on the token price on the distribution date unless stated otherwise in the specific campaign's announcement.

7. Time Format and Time Zone
   Unless otherwise specified, all times stated in campaign announcements, blog posts, and related materials are expressed in 24-hour format (e.g., 13:00 instead of 1:00 PM) and are based on UTC+7.

8. Winner Announcement & Reward Distribution Timeline
   Unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign announcement, the following timeline applies by default to all campaigns:

If a campaign has a different announcement or reward distribution schedule, the timeline specified in that campaign’s official announcement or blog post shall prevail. Please refer to the campaign’s blog for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

9. Completion Within the Campaign Period
   Unless explicitly specified otherwise, only activities completed within the campaign period will be considered valid. Any actions performed before the campaign begins or after it ends shall not count toward fulfilling campaign requirements.

   This applies to all campaign activities, including but not limited to transactions, referrals, wallet creation, submission, and other campaign-specific tasks.

10. Vault Claim Period
    Rewards distributed via Coin98 Vault have a 3-month claim window from the claimable date. Unclaimed rewards after this period will no longer be accessible.

11. Regulatory Compliance
    Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms
    Participation in any campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, Coin98's Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms.

Campaign-Specific Rules & Notices

1. Market Risk Disclaimer (for trading/swap campaigns)
   Trading involves significant market risk. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

2. KYC Processing Time (for campaigns involving KYC)
   The KYC verification process is conducted by a third-party provider. Verification typically takes 1–3 business days, though processing times may be longer in certain cases. Users is advised to complete KYC well in advance of any campaign deadline to ensure eligibility.

   Coin98 has no control over the verification timeline, and contacting Coin98 Support will not guarantee that KYC verification is completed before the applicable deadline.

3. Post format and accessibility (for campaigns involving social post)

• Submitted posts must be public and remain accessible throughout the campaign period.
• Each participant may submit only 1 entry per wallet/account unless otherwise specified. Duplicate or spam submissions will not be considered.
• All submissions must consist of original content. Plagiarized content, copied threads, fabricated evidence, or altered screenshots are strictly prohibited.
• Additional content, formatting, or submission requirements may apply and will be outlined in the specific campaign’s Terms & Conditions or announcement.
